Flourishing

As a coach, Flourishing supports you with data-based, benchmark-based insights into the job satisfaction of your customers. It shows what strengthens, what burdens — including changes over time. The four central dimensions Work content, meaning, relationships and context offer you targeted starting points for effective coaching — individually, in a team and at management level.

How does wyrd support me in everyday coaching?

wyrd offers you a digital toolkit based on positive psychology, neuroscience, and systemic coaching principles. At team level, you will receive flourishing, values and strength reports with valuable insights that will guide you in your work.

How does onboarding work with wyrd?

We start with an introductory call to better understand your needs and find out whether wyrd is the right tool for you. We offer a coaching certification, which introduces you to the use of wyrd step by step at the I, WE and ALL levels. You will learn how to use our assessments effectively in your processes and thus achieve maximum impact. We also offer you a comprehensive playbook, with invitation templates, discussion guidelines, evaluation questions and screenplays for team development.
