What size of company is wyrd suitable for?

Whether it's 20 or 2,000 people — wyrd scales with you. Small teams use it to establish professional structures without becoming bureaucratic. Larger organizations use it to (re) bring more agility, ease and real conversations into their everyday lives.

We already have an HR tool in use. Can I integrate wyrd?

Sure. Wyrd doesn't replace your existing HRIS (such as Personio, Abacus, etc.), it supplements it. You can automatically synchronize master data via interfaces. For you, this means: Don't maintain duplicate employee lists. Phew!

What does it take to get started with wyrd?

Almost nothing. A browser and the email addresses of your employees. Create an account, send invitations, get started. In theory, you'll be live in 10 minutes 😉 We typically do at least a little onboarding and set up a few more things so that they're right for you.

Can we test Wyrd first?

Absolutely. We want you to be sure. Option 1: Just create a free account and click through (playing around allowed!). Option 2 (our tip): We start a pilot with 2-3 teams. In this way, you can feel the effect and benefits in everyday life before you decide whether to roll it out to the entire company.

What does onboarding & support include?

In short: We make sure that wyrd not only runs, but works. With workshops and change support, your managers will be fit — not just for clicks in the tool, but also for their management work. In addition, we strategically help you seamlessly integrate wyrd into your HR world: From linking with wage models to recruiting with strengths. We will remain by your side as a sparring partner.

How long does my subscription last?

We are planning for the long term with you: The term is generally 12 months. But we are equal partners, not paragraph runners. If your situation requires flexibility, just talk to us — we'll almost always find a way together. You can find the fine print here: Terms of use.

Can we start small and grow later?

You know it: rolling out an HR tool to the entire company in one go is a challenge, depending on the size of the company. Many start with pilot teams or departments to gain initial experience and attract internal ambassadors. In this way, it also radiates organically to the rest of the organization (“What are you doing there? I want that too!”) 😉
