wyrd is a digital platform that supports managers in their leadership work using scientifically based methods from positive psychology. It enables effective discussions about strengths, values, goals and much more — individually, simply and continuously.

What is wyrd particularly suitable for in an organizational context?

wyrd is particularly suitable for modern organizations that want to move away from rigid employee discussions towards continuous development, self-determined leadership and a strength-oriented team culture.

How does the application actually work in day-to-day management?

wyrd supports managers in preparing, carrying out and following up on employee interviews. The app offers coaching impulses that are based on a conscious approach of support and strengthening of strengths.

How do you start with wyrd? Is there a trial period?

Yes, we offer interested organizations a pilot phase. Together, we will create an application framework in which you can test wyrd, arrange discussions and gain initial experience.

Which scientific principles does wyrd use?

wyrd is based on findings from positive psychology — in particular the concepts of flourishing (Seligman), strength orientation and positive leadership. The content is scientifically based and presented in a practice-oriented manner.

What data does wyrd collect and how is it used?

The app only collects data that is necessary for personal profile, reflection and conversation preparation — such as strength profiles, value preferences and goals.
