How do I get started with wyrd? Is there a trial period?

Yes, we offer a pilot phase. Together, we will design a frame in which you can test wyrd, create discussions and gain initial experience – in a practical, co-creative, and iterative way.

Which scientific principles does wyrd use?

wyrd is based on findings from positive psychology – in particular the concepts of flourishing (Seligman), strength orientation and value-based leadership. The content is scientifically based and presented in a practice-oriented manner.

How does wyrd differ from classic performance management systems?

Yes. wyrd meets all requirements of the GDPR. The data is transmitted in encrypted form, protected on a role-based basis and hosted in the EU. Our infrastructure is cloud-native, scalable and secure, and our cloud providers are ISO 27001 certified.

What data does wyrd collect and how is it used?

The app only collects data that is necessary for personal reflection and preparation for conversations – such as strength profiles, value preferences and goals. All data belongs to users or the organization and is not passed on to third parties.

How can wyrd be combined with professional coaching?
